Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • Crushed ice
  • 2 tbsp lemon syrup
  • Sparkling mineral water
  • Lemon zest
  • 40 ml Cold Brew Espresso

Preparation

  • Take a long drink glass and fill it with the crushed ice.
  • Add the syrup to the glass and then add the mineral water to 2/3 below the rim.
  • Prepare the Cold Brew Espresso directly in the glass.

Tip

  • Garnish the Cold Brew Lemon with lemon zest.
  • Stir well before tasting.
